Officially Announced on 4/14/2014 - The NEW Turnberry Ocean Club luxury oceanfront condominium is coming to Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Beach.This newest of approved luxury oceanfront condominiums in Sunny Isles Beach will be located at the current Turnberry Ocean Club location at 18501 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles, Florida. The original beach club only property (owned by Turnberry for the last 30 years) will give way to this beautifully designed glass tower rising 649 feet above the white sand beach. The 54-story luxury oceanfront tower will be home to just 154 large luxury condominium residences and penthouse homes. With no more than 4-residences per floor, all the residences are "flow-thru" designs with balconies and views that look east to the ocean, and west over the bay for beautiful sunset views in the evenings.
Pre-construction price ranges* for the Turnberry Ocean Club have been announced from just over $4 million to $35 million with sales / reservations just beginning the 2nd week of October this year. Starting prices per square foot at approximately $1,500 per square foot.

Turnberry Ocean Club's 154 luxury residences will range from approximately 2,900 to over 10,000 square feet under air with expansive 11 foot deep (minimum) balconies and terraces for additional outdoor living space. Each oceanfront balcony will feature it's own summer kitchen. The building's features and amenities will highlight the continuing recognition of Turnberry's private club prestige.
At the beach level, a large resort-style infinity edge pool will appear to cascade into the ocean while owners can also enjoy the private beach cabanas (available for purchase) all surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds. The Turnberry Ocean Club three-level indoor / outdoor private club is set approximately 300' above the beach and includes a Hammam spa, massage rooms, 2 infinity-edge pools which extend out from the building 300' above the beach, wine room, private dining, gym and fitness areas with locker rooms, relaxation room, a library, and more. The 2 30th story pools are will provide breathtaking views, as each extends completely outside of the buildings footprint, with one pool on the oceanfront side of the building, and the 2nd pool on the western side, residents will be able to enjoy beautiful ocean views all day long, and then glorious sunset views into the evening while enjoying a swim.
