At the beach; Near water The chalet is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. You will find a rocky beach at 20m and a large sandy beach of more than 1km in length at only 500m. At the end of the urbanization, you can find bars and restaurants. There is also a stand-up paddleboard rental, ideal for a fun morning with your friends and family. Only 10 minutes away by car is Ca'n Picafort, a very urbanized area where you will find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities.

The living-dining room is ideal for reading a book, watching satellite TV, or simply relaxing and looking out of the window and enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains of Cap Farrutx. The gas cooker has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed.
