Welcome to this wonderful country house with a private pool. It is located in Biniali (Sencelles) and has a capacity for 6 guests.The exterior area of this country house is perfect for relaxing after a day visiting the island. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch or swim in the salt pool that measures 6 x 3.20 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Among nature Biniali is a borough belonging to Sencelles, but in reality, the property is closer to the town of Binissalem, where you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the entire island as it is quite central. The closest beach is in Palma but you can also go north to see other beautiful beaches such as Alcúdia or Can Picafort, or you can also tour the Tramuntana mountains and discover amazing landscapes. If you are interested in playing golf during your stay, the closest course is the Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró, located 14.5 km away.

Inside, a single floor comprises different spaces in a traditional and cozy style. Upon entering from the porch, you find the living dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. The sleeping area offers three double bedrooms with a fan and wardrobe each. One has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two have twin beds and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Important information
We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
